Welcome to "The Drying Sea". These Terms of Service govern your use of the application developed by Angelo Mazzilli ("the Developer", "ANMA Studio").

"The Drying Sea" is a naval survival management game. The service includes narrative events, gameplay mechanics, and progress synchronization features via Google Firebase and Google Play Games Services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included in the application, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software (including the narrative scripts), is the property of Angelo Mazzilli and is protected by international copyright laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the application.

• Extract or copy the narrative content (Ink files) or visual assets for any use outside the app.

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Developer does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any data loss related to device failures or sync errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
